Our Mission
All Saints Clifton is here:
-
To proclaim the Christian faith within our community
-
To maintain the catholic traditions within the Church of England.
-
To be a faithful and lively house of prayer, praise, teaching and sacrament.
-
To respond generously to issues and needs at home and abroad.
-
To be a church that is open and accessible to everyone, all day, every day.
A witnessing church
The church is open every day and many people passing by drop in to have a quiet moment of prayer.
We have regular weekday worship, and Sunday worship has something for all: Early Worship and the Parish Mass.
We are always looking towards new ways of expressing our faith and tradition with all newcomers, families and children. Early Worship at 9.00am on Sundays is an opportunity to explore and develop catholic teaching for the people of today.
Mission is an important aspect of all that we do. We are open to the local community, engage with many of the Bristol charities and organisations working to provide support in the wider community, and we engage with organisations who work to bring relief internationally or focus on locations of particular concern.
