All Saints Annual Parochial Church Meetings
All Saints Clifton, Deanery of Bristol West in the Diocese of Bristol
The two Meetings that make up the All Saints Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) are the Annual Meeting of Parishioners (open to all residents within the parish) and the Annual Meeting of the Parochial Church Council (at which only those on the Electoral Roll are eligible to vote). This meeting is annual and must take place before the 31st May each year. The annual meeting receives reports on changes to the electoral roll, general parish activities and financial matters. The annual meeting also elects new members to the PCC and to Deanery Synod every three years.
Any member on the All Saints electoral roll can attend and vote at the annual APCM.
This year's APCM will take place after Parish Mass (approximately 12:00) on 28th April 2024 in The Randall Room.
Electoral Roll Revision: The Electoral Roll has been open for revision for more than two weeks, is now closed and will open again after the APCM.
